Key Responsibilities

Delegate tasks and supervise daily editorial and business operations
Hire, train, motivate, and coach team members to ensure efficiency and quality service delivery
Monitor and assess team performance, providing constructive feedback and identifying training needs
Resolve client and employee concerns promptly and professionally
Oversee project workflows to ensure adequate resource allocation and process efficiency
Analyze editorial processes and develop strategies for improvement and scalability
Establish and achieve departmental goals, business objectives, and quality targets
Ensure adherence to company policies, project timelines, and quality standards
Prepare and present performance reports and operational insights to senior management
Maintain an organized and productive work environment that supports company objectives

Qualifications and Experience

Graduate or Postgraduate degree in English, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field
510 years of experience in editorial management, content operations, or publishing
Proven experience leading and managing editorial or operations teams

Skills and Competencies

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Analytical mindset with the ability to improve processes and operational efficiency
