As a Collection Manager, your role involves achieving the assigned collection targets through Customer Relationship Executives (CREs) and ensuring the achievement of targets on Key Performance Area (KPA) parameters. You will need to maintain constant communication with specific customer groups that are difficult to reach through CREs, as well as visit and meet customers in person.
