As a Collections Manager, your primary responsibility will be to handle collections for the assigned area and achieve collection targets on various parameters like resolution, flows, credit cost, and roll rates based on the bucket allocation. It is essential to ensure that the NPA's are kept within the assigned budget and actively work towards minimizing them. You will be required to conduct asset verifications and possession as per SARFESI/Section 9 process through court receivers. Tracking and controlling the delinquency of the area based on buckets and DPD wise analysis will be a crucial part of your role. Focus on nonstarters to improve collection efficiency. Customer satisfaction plays a vital role, and you must ensure quick resolution of customer issues within specified Turnaround Time (TAT). Building and maintaining relationships with key clients is necessary to ensure timely collections. Monitor defaulting customers by engaging in regular follow-ups, especially with critical or complex customers, to identify reasons for defaulting. Representing the organization in front of legal/statutory bodies as required and ensuring adherence to legal guidelines by the collection team is a key aspect of this role. Maintaining adequate Feet on Street availability area-wise, bucket-wise, and segment-wise is essential. Obtain daily updates from all collection executives on the delinquent portfolio and initiate a detailed account-level review of high ticket accounts. Compliance with all Audit/Regulatory bodies, as well as company policies and procedures, is mandatory. To be eligible for this position, you should hold a Post Graduate or Graduate degree in any discipline.,
