Description
As a Manager in Digital & Technology Risk at EY, you will play a crucial role in the Financial Service sector by overseeing various engagements and leading a team to deliver successful outcomes. Your responsibilities will include: - Taking ownership of multiple engagements from start to finish, providing guidance to team members, and collaborating with the executive team to ensure project success. - Sharing knowledge and managing team members to address complex questions related to IT Risk Management and transformation. - Briefing the engagement team on the client's IT environment and industry IT trends. - Reviewing the setup of complex systems and technology governance frameworks in accordance with industry best practices such as ITIL, COBIT, NIST, and ISO. - Developing strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the enhancement of technology risk competencies. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and attributes: - Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, computer science, computer engineering, or cybersecurity. - Have at least 5 years of experience in IT, project management, operational/IT risk management, or consulting. - Demonstrate expertise in areas such as IT Risk Management/Transformation, IT Governance, Operational Resilience, Third-Party Risk Management, GRC Tooling, and Data risk. - Possess professional certifications like CGEIT, CISA, CISM, CISSP, COBIT, CRISC, and ITIL. - Show knowledge and experience in emerging technology, FinTech, Cloud services, and Cybersecurity. - Exhibit excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Be detail-oriented, organized, and process-minded with a flexible and creative mindset. - Display a strong team spirit, autonomy, and client-focused approach.
