Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Design Architect with 7+ years of experience in high-rise design to join our team in Pune. As a Design Architect, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of architectural work, from initial planning to overseeing construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Development: Create innovative and functional designs for high-rise buildings, ensuring they meet client requirements and align with sustainability principles.
- Project Management: Control projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality designs, timely completion, and budget adherence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to deliver projects smoothly.
- Design Documentation: Prepare detailed blueprints, specifications, and reports.
- Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and resolve issues.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on high-rise buildings.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in design software like Photoshop, AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainability principles.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and experience in high-rise projects.
