Manager - Demand Generation

Role Overview: As a Demand Generation Manager at Illumine-i, you will play a crucial role in driving pipeline growth and accelerating customer acquisition on a global scale. You will be responsible for executing integrated marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel. By collaborating closely with various teams within the organization, you will develop targeted strategies that resonate with the audience and leverage digital channels, content marketing, ABM, and automation tools to maximize impact. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and sales pipeline. - Lead, mentor, and scale a team of demand-focused marketers. - Oversee integrated campaigns across digital, content, ABM, paid media, and email. - Optimize lead nurturing, scoring, and conversion in collaboration with the sales team. - Utilize automation, analytics, and CRM tools to measure and refine performance. - Stay updated on industry trends and test new strategies to enhance impact. Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing. - 3+ years of experience in leading a team, with a proven track record of coaching and developing marketers. - Expertise in B2B marketing, marketing automation, and CRM tools. - Strong knowledge of ABM, digital advertising, SEO, content marketing, and funnel optimization. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and refine strategies accordingly. - Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills. - Experience in marketing/sales within the solar, cleantech, engineering, or related industries across NATAM/MENA/EU/Oceania markets.,
