 Manager - Debt Management Services - SME 
 Job Purpose 
To achieve Debt Management Services targets of the respective branch assigned, ensuring meeting PI targets. Continuously monitor Debt Management Services agencies and in-house collectors to identify fraudulent practices and ensure that no loss is incurred due to such activities.  Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Achieve collections target by visiting customers/agencies.
  • Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates and proper guidelines.
  • Milestone reviewing and tracking.
  • Ensure legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing products.
  • Travel with the Recovery Officers (ROs).
  • Timely allocation of cases to team members.
  • Proficient in Excel for daily tracking of team performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.
  • Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.
  • Counsel and groom direct reportees to enhance and polish their skill sets.
  • Manage a team of collection officers to achieve overall targets.
  • Rectify problems encountered during the collection process.
  • Manage average collection reports to monitor and improve collection performance.
  • Legal recovery for Urban NPL Wheels (Vehicle Finance) repo and legal management.
  • Litigation & case management.
  • Compliance & risk mitigation.
  • Reporting & documentation.

  •  Required Qualifications and Experience 
  • Experience in achieving collections targets by visiting customers/agencies.
  • Proficient in Excel; skilled in daily performance tracking and reporting.
  • Ability to monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates and guidelines.
  • Knowledge of legal guidelines for product repossession.
  • Experience in team management and allocation of cases.
  • Strong record-keeping skills for customer interactions and transactions.
  • Effective escalation and issue resolution skills.
  • Experience in DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.
  • Strong team development and counseling skills.
  • Experience in legal recovery, litigation, and case management, especially in vehicle finance.
  • Understanding of compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Strong reporting and documentation abilities.
