Manager - Debt Capital Markets

As the Manager of Debt Capital Markets at Navi, you will be an integral part of the Fundraising & partnerships team based in Bangalore. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the end-to-end execution of debt capital market transactions, collaborating with external stakeholders such as investors and financial institutions to ensure the procurement of necessary capital and funds. By establishing tech-backed partnerships and structuring deals like co-lending, you will play a crucial role in supporting and expanding Navi's lending offerings, thus contributing to the overall operational efficiency and sustainable growth of the business. In this high-impact role that operates at the intersection of finance, strategy, and execution, you will be expected to bring deep technical expertise, strategic foresight, and strong relationship-building skills to the table. You will be tasked with providing market intelligence, identifying new lending opportunities, negotiating terms, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering long-term strategic partnerships with various stakeholders. To excel in this role, you must have at least 2 years of experience in debt capital markets, with a proven track record of executing and originating debt deals, particularly in the NBFC or BFSI sector. A thorough understanding of RBI regulations, investor requirements, and funding nuances is essential, along with experience in working with diverse investor bases including family offices, corporates, and HNIs.
