Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Proficient in
Python
with strong
credit risk and BFSI domain knowledge
, including experience with banks, NBFCs, or FinTechs.
Build
AI/ML models
for credit originations, behaviour, and collections using techniques such as linear/logistic regression, boosting, and bagging.
Apply solid understanding of
scikit-learn
and
statsmodels
for model development.
Work extensively with
bureau data
for analytics and modelling.
Develop frameworks for
model validation, monitoring, and documentation
.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Demonstrate strong technical skills in
Python, PySpark, SQL
, and
Git
.
Communicate insights clearly with
strong presentation skills
for senior stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

2 - 6 years of data science experience in
BFSI
(banking, NBFC, FinTech preferred).
Strong technical skills in Python, PySpark, SQL, and Git.
Hands-on experience in credit risk analytics and AI/ML model development.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
