Manager Data Science

You are an experienced data scientist with a proven track record of solutioning and delivering AI/ML solutions. You will conduct and manage analysis and modeling, as well as communicate results to senior stakeholders. You will lead the design and development of advanced analytical solutions, transforming large data into meaningful business insights either individually or with junior team members. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will frame project outlines to understand business problems and leverage available data and systems to address them. Regularly building and presenting strong narratives based on insights and impact to senior stakeholders, you will implement and maintain solution quality effectively, providing data and metrics compliant with the business. Mentoring and guiding junior data scientists will be part of your responsibilities, offering support in developing their technical skills and aiding in their career growth. Your skills should include strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities, proficiency in programming languages such as SQL and Python for Data Science, and hands-on experience in implementing various statistical and machine learning algorithms like regression, clustering, Random Forest, SVM, and neural networks. Experience in building AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms is preferred. You should have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Location: Mumbai,
