Job Description

You will be responsible for driving the implementation of decisions and policies related to GPS Network standardization. This includes translating Functional Committee Network standardization decisions into action plans for delivery and ensuring that the GPS Network data standard documentation is updated and maintained. In addition, you will work on remediating data to adhere to new or updated data standards. This may involve coordinating with Functional Business leads for remediation activities, partnering with IT and Business teams for mass remediation activities, and collaborating with the Data Strategy and Governance team for integrating necessary Business Rule updates and ensuring testing plans for the Data Quality dashboard. Furthermore, you will partner with IT on system alignment to Data Lifecycle processes. This includes performing impact assessments on GPS systems due to data standard decisions, working with the broader team to understand the scope of work required for changes, and collaborating with IT for system implementation, testing, and User Acceptance Testing. You will also ensure sustainment plans are in place and aligned with GPS Data Lifecycle processes and SOP documentation. To qualify for this role, you should have a B.S. or BA in supply chain, management, or engineering with experience in Global Product Development and Supply business functions. Operational excellence experience and knowledge of Strategic Data Management disciplines are desired. Additionally, experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, or Regulatory Management is required, along with exposure to current Good Manufacturing Practices and regulatory requirements. Moreover, you should have experience in Biotech / Pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, ERP systems like SAP or Oracle, and ideally in ERP deployment. Understanding of SCOR methodology and experience with systems like LIMS and Veeva are highly preferred. In terms of professional and personal requirements, you should possess Business Acumen, an Enterprise Mindset, Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills, the ability to lead Cross Functional Project Teams, Change Agility, and Digital Dexterity. You should be able to influence others, make data-driven decisions, lead collaborative projects, navigate change effectively, and leverage technology for business outcomes.,
