Job Description

The Data Execution and Services Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and leading initiatives to ensure compliant, timely, and accurate supply chain data that supports supply chain systems, processes, and objectives. Responsibilities: - Managing Master Data Management (MDM) by ensuring accuracy of appropriate training and supporting documentation (SOPs, Work Instructions, etc) for executing processes. - Analyzing workflow data requests to ensure compliance, accuracy, and completeness. - Executing data entry in key systems and supervising the end-to-end data management process. - Maintaining data integrity while achieving lead-time service levels. - Designing and conducting user acceptance testing cycles for system, data changes, and disaster recovery efforts. - Supporting key business initiatives by assessing data impacts, overseeing data remediation, and providing feedback as a data operations subject matter expert. - Educating team members, end users, and business leaders on MDM processes and the master data lifecycle to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness of quality processes and data. - Identifying areas for data quality improvements. Overall, the Data Execution and Services Manager is instrumental in ensuring high-quality supply chain data management and supporting key business initiatives through effective data analysis and process execution.,
