Job Description

Provides leadership and oversight to the Credit & Collections group. Implements, maintains and / or administers credit and collection models, systems and processes. Responsibilities may include acquisition and evaluation of consumer credit data, statistical and predictive modeling for new, expanding and / or terminated accounts, collection of past due balances and resolution of disputed amounts and payments. Ensures appropriate Finance systems and database information are up to date.

Required Qualifications


  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience required.

  • Typically has 6-8 years of experience in Credit and Collections and typically 0-2 years leadership experience.

  • Fluent business English skills (Written and spoken).
  • Oversees activity of a Credit & Collections team or teams.

  • Establishes processes and procedures to ensure due diligence and professionalism among team members.

  • Performs analysis of issues and trends and makes recommendations for resolution or system / process improvement.

  • Handles some credit and collections activity as an individual contributor, such as complex, recurring or financially significant issues.

  • Interfaces with other departments to resolve collection, accounting, billing or related issues.

  • Addresses complex and difficult issues raised by team members.

  • Monitors Credit & Collections transactional, analytical and other processes, defining and recommending steps for continuous improvement.
