As a Manager in the Corporate Quality Compliance and Policies department, your role will involve overseeing the lifecycle of global documents, driving implementation with regulated market site representatives, and supporting the team in meeting target dates for updates to regulatory bodies like the FDA. You will also be responsible for monitoring progress of commitments, supporting system upgrades, executing projects to enhance processes, and conducting effectiveness checks of document implementation. Key Responsibilities: - Author and fully manage the lifecycle of global documents - Oversee and drive implementation with site representatives - Support team in meeting target dates for updates to regulatory bodies - Monitor progress of commitments and deadlines - Support system upgrades and enhancements - Execute projects to enhance processes and compliance - Conduct effectiveness checks of document implementation Qualifications Required: - Minimum of a Bachelor's degree - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments - Self-starter with a hands-on approach - Minimum of five years of experience in quality function role in the pharmaceutical industry - Experience working in an international multicultural matrix organization Please note that the preceding job description provides an overview of the responsibilities and qualifications required for this role.
