As a Manager in Corporate Quality Compliance and Policies at our Vadodara location, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the lifecycle of global documents, ensuring timely implementation, and driving compliance with regulatory requirements. Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager, Corporate Quality Compliance and Policies, you will be responsible for managing the development, review, and execution of global documents, as well as supporting the CQC&P team in meeting regulatory deadlines and commitments. Your key responsibilities will include authoring and managing global documents, collaborating with regulated market site representatives for successful implementation, monitoring progress on regulatory commitments, and supporting enterprise system upgrades. Additionally, you will lead projects to enhance processes, compliance, and document collection while conducting effectiveness checks to ensure alignment with global document requirements. To excel in this role, you must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational abilities, time management, and the capacity to handle multiple assignments simultaneously are essential. A proactive mindset, hands-on approach, and a minimum of five years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry within a quality function role are also required. Experience in working within an international multicultural matrix organization will be advantageous.
