Manager- Corporate Resource Centre

As Manager of Corporate Resource Centre (CRC) at Amity Institute of Biotechnology (AIB), your primary role will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with corporates. Your responsibilities will include coordinating student placements for undergraduate and postgraduate students, organizing industry-centric events, attracting new recruiters, and creating a proactive environment for students to connect with industry professionals. Your efforts will significantly contribute to enhancing the placement and industry engagement initiatives at AIB. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and nurture strong partnerships with existing corporate partners to facilitate student placements. - Collaborate with academic departments to understand students" specific requirements and preferences. - Plan, organize, and execute industry-focused events such as career fairs, workshops, and networking sessions. - Coordinate guest lectures, panel discussions, and seminars featuring industry experts to enhance students" industry knowledge and networking opportunities. Qualifications Required: - B.Sc./B.Tech. in any discipline of Life Sciences and M.Sc. in Biosciences & Biotechnology or MBA. - Desirable Qualifications: Experience in the university system or industry with a focus on developing B2B relationships. - Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant fields.
