As the Manager- Corporate Resource Centre (CRC) at Amity Institute of Biotechnology (AIB), your role will involve establishing and maintaining strong relationships with corporates to facilitate student placements for both undergraduate and postgraduate students. You will be responsible for organizing industry-centric events, attracting new recruiters, and creating a proactive environment for students to connect with industry professionals. Your efforts will play a pivotal role in enhancing the placement and industry engagement initiatives of AIB. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and nurture strong partnerships with existing corporate partners to facilitate student placements. - Collaborate with academic departments to understand the specific requirements and preferences of students. - Plan, organize, and execute industry-focused events such as career fairs, workshops, and networking sessions. - Coordinate guest lectures, panel discussions, and seminars featuring industry experts to enhance students" industry knowledge and networking opportunities. - Demonstrate competencies in Relationship Building, Networking, and Outreach. **Qualifications Required:** - B.Sc./B.Tech. in any discipline of Life Sciences and M.Sc. in Biosciences & Biotechnology or MBA. - Desirable: Experience in the university system or industry with a focus on developing B2B relationships. - Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant fields.
