Manager - Corporate Finance & Investment Banking

As a Director in the Corporate Finance & Investment Banking department at our company, you will play a vital role in providing financial and strategic solutions to our clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the day-to-day execution of transactions - Assisting in planning and marketing client mandates - Preparing confidential information memorandums, financial models, and management presentations - Developing, analyzing, and explaining historical and projected financial information - Valuation of businesses and companies - Preparing marketing pitches and presentations for business development - Building and maintaining relationships with clients, prospective clients, and professional advisors - Mentoring and training junior team members - Performing other administrative management duties as required by the firm Your qualifications should include at least 10 years of experience in IT/ITES along with a CA or MBA degree.
