Manager - Corporate Finance and Merger & Acquisition

You should have completed CA or CFA or MBA from a Tier 2 institute and possess prior experience in M&A and corporate finance projects, specifically supporting on mergers and acquisitions. Your responsibilities will include financial analysis, project and market analysis of potential acquisition targets, preparation of financial statements, business activity reports, and forecasts. You will also monitor financial details to ensure compliance with legal requirements. Additionally, you will be involved in financial planning & analysis, preparing and reviewing financial reports, seeking ways to reduce costs, and developing financial strategies. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards. As a part of your role, you will lead efforts in mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate restructuring activities. You will evaluate investment opportunities, manage capital expenditures, oversee cash flow, liquidity, and funding, and maintain relationships with different financial institutions. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to make decisions for profitable financial results, maximize profits, minimize costs, manage risks effectively, and ensure the company's financial stability. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. Applicants must have at least 5 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance projects related to mergers and acquisitions. Please note that the work location is in-person.,
