As the Manager Continuous Improvement at Knauf in Khushkhera, you will play a crucial role in leading the Continuous Improvement / Lean transformation plan throughout the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Implementing Shop Floor Management techniques such as 5S, Daily Meetings, Blue Collar Skill Matrix, Problem-solving techniques like Fishbone and 5 Why, Layered Audit or Gemba Walk - Focusing on Professional Maintenance to increase Reliability engineering and preventive maintenance ratio - Implementing Statistical Process Control including Control Chart & Digitalization - Working on Lean Flows such as SMED, KANBAN, VSM, OEE Improvement - Driving Lean Service projects in non-manufacturing areas - Providing support to local Managers and teams in Continuous Improvement Training and the application of Six Sigma & Lean tools - Implementing Business Plan, X-Matrix or Hoshin Kanri to cascade company KPIs/goals into department level - Facilitating CI Workshops and Kaizen events with cross-functional teams - Communicating lessons learned and best practices from improvement projects - Preparing quarterly CI reports and participating in CI-Assessment - Developing CI and Assessment Skills - Actively participating in the regional network of CI managers - Celebrating successes in the concept of Idea Generation System and Business Plan We are looking for someone who: - Holds a minimum bachelors degree in industrial engineering or related field of study - Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Holds certifications in SAP, Lean Manufacturing, Process Statistical tools, Root Cause Analysis - Has a minimum of 13+ years of experience in MNC organizations At Knauf, you will be offered a competitive salary along with benefits.
