Key Responsibilities:

• Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content for blogs, websites, social media, newsletters, product descriptions, and other digital platforms.
• Conduct research to create accurate and relevant content on diverse Recruitment & HR topics.
• Maintain consistency in tone, style, and branding across all content.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce content aligned with campaign goals.
• SEO optimize content by incorporating relevant keywords and best practices.
• Manage content calendars and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Monitor content performance and implement improvements based on analytics.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new tools, and emerging content formats.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role.
• Excellent command of grammar, punctuation, and vocabulary.
• Strong research and interview skills.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword integration.
• Ability to adapt writing style for different audiences and platforms.
• Good time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
