Content & Program Management
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely, high-quality content delivery.
Contribute to curriculum planning and program structuring. - Oversee quality control and adherence to brand and language standards. -
Coordinate with internal team members, freelance content developers, and training partners to ensure alignment and accountability.
Training & Delivery Support in conducting training sessions for partner institutions and trainers.
Manage on-ground implementation of programs and capture structured feedback for continuous improvement.
Prepare customized proposals, decks, and presentations to support sales initiatives.
Coordinate stakeholder communication and onboarding to ensure smooth execution.
Coordination & Travel
Act as a key operational link between teams, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and communication flow are maintained. - Travel occasionally for trainings, meetings, or events as required.
Strong communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi).
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships. -
