Manager - Consumer Products (AI)

**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As a part of the Consumer Products Center of Expertise (CoE) at Bain Capability Network (BCN), you will collaborate with Bains global Consumer Products Practice leadership, client-facing Bain leadership, and end clients to develop and deliver Bains proprietary CP products and solutions. Your role will involve working with a team of Directors, Managers, Project Leads, Associates, and Analysts to implement cloud-based end-to-end advanced analytics solutions for Consumer Products consulting and client delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead AI Initiatives by architecting and implementing AI-driven solutions for Consumer Products consulting and client delivery - Develop and deploy Generative AI-based solutions leveraging cloud computing platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) - Provide technical leadership by guiding the team in AI, machine learning, and data engineering, ensuring optimal architecture and deployment - Hands-on experience with Python programming, microservices architecture, and cloud technologies (AWS) - Utilize database systems such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and optionally Snowflake or Oracle - Exposure to frontend and backend technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript, ReactJS, and FastAPI/Django - Familiarity with Python libraries for data analysis and visualization such as Matplotlib, Plotly, Pandas, and Numpy - Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP, Chains, Agents, and AI model fine-tuning for Prompt Engineering & Generative AI - Engage in client-facing roles, understand business needs, and translate them into AI-driven solutions - Identify technical limitations, propose alternative approaches, and ensure scalability of AI applications by developing a Strategic AI Roadmap **Qualifications Required:** - 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Software Engineering, and AI/ML - Experience in CPG consulting and client delivery - Expertise in Python, Generative AI, and cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP) - Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and chatbot development - Proven track record of leading AI-driven projects with a strategic and solution-oriented mindset - Prior experience in AI-driven consulting for the Consumer Products industry, with exposure to LLM-based applications - Ability to bridge the gap between business and technology, translating client needs into actionable AI solutions (*Note: The additional details about the company were not provided in the job description*),
