Manager - Competence Centre - Syndication - Delhi - Videocon Towers - JM

Major Deliverables:

• Building new / maintain tie-ups with various banks and financial institutions
• Preparation of Project Information Memorandum, Teaser Notes, Appraisal Report
• Financial Modeling
• Coordination with potential lenders and obtaining sanction of required credit facilities for clients on desired terms & conditions
• Assist in Legal documentation
To maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the wider policy, regulatory environment and recent development in the sector

• Strong Credit bent of mind & Financial Analysis skills
• Execution skills (Must have closed a couple of syndication deals in the past)
• Top of mind recall of PSU/Private & Foreign Banks/NBFC and Financial Institutions
• Willingness to participate in field visits to clients across the country to understand the business and operational model.
• Ability to stretch oneself and work under pressure, handle multiple assignments simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Undertake all other duties and projects as may be assigned by the Immediate Superior from time to time
• Working knowledge of the various sectors under Infrastructure
