As a valued member of the Commercial Leasing team at Fincity, a Real estate alternate investment platform with an AUM of over 1,500 Cr, your role will be crucial in maximizing occupancy and rentals at our existing and upcoming projects. Your responsibilities will include: - **Strategic Planning & Leasing**: You will be responsible for formulating and executing targeted leasing strategies for commercial properties. This will involve identifying and prioritizing high-potential clients and sectors to optimize occupancy rates. - **Client Engagement**: Your role will require conducting impactful presentations and proposals for prospective clients.
