Role Overview: As a Sales Operations Manager in the Commercial Excellence team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of sales strategies and processes. Your role will involve enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of sales operations through meticulous data analysis, strategic insights, and professional presentation preparation. By leveraging your expertise in the pharmaceutical sector and proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, you will support senior management in making informed decisions, driving commercial success, and achieving organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and refine sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Utilize MS Excel to manage and analyze sales data, generating actionable insights. - Create compelling and professional presentations using MS PowerPoint for management-level meetings. - Develop and maintain regular sales reports to track performance and identify trends. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. - Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve commercial goals. - Apply industry knowledge to understand market dynamics and support sales operations. Qualifications Required: - Degree in Pharma/Life Sciences with an MBA in a relevant field and 5-8 years of experience. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present insights effectively and collaborate across teams. - Strong ability to interpret and analyze sales, market, and business data to generate insights. - Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools; familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and SQL is a plus. - Ability to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities through data-driven decision-making. - Strong ability to engage with internal stakeholders and contribute to client interactions, sales strategy, and key account analysis. - Eagerness to learn, ability to multi-task, and work independently or within teams with minimal supervision.,
