Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 10 years of experience in independently managing the production of a CNC machining facility. You should possess a deep understanding of CNC machining processes for machines such as VMC, HMC, VTL, and Turn Mill Center. It is essential to be proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, as well as having extensive knowledge of various types of tools, cutters, inserts, and the associated purchase processes. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel is a must. In addition to technical skills, you should have strong client handling abilities and be adept at building new client relationships. Fluency in both English and Hindi is required for effective communication. The role also involves managing manpower within the facility. This is a full-time position, and the benefits include paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund contributions.
