Manager Client Technology (Network Operations Manager)

As a Network Operations Manager at Altera Digital Health, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring the optimal performance of our Network infrastructure. You will lead a team of Network engineers in monitoring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing our Network Systems, which include Cisco routers, Palo Alto firewalls, Azure Networking, and Azure firewalls. Your key responsibilities will include leadership and team management, strategic planning and execution, oversight of Network infrastructure, incident management and resolution, vendor and stakeholder management, budget and resource management, continuous improvement initiatives, and compliance and security measures to protect company data and infrastructure. To qualify for this role, you should have demonstrated leadership ability and at least 4 years of experience in a management position within a Network Engineering & Operations environment. You should have expertise in Network design, implementation, routing protocols (such as BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VRF, VPNs), troubleshooting critical issues, Cisco routing and switching, multi-vendor environments, network authentication protocols, and network security measures. Additionally, you should possess strong communication and presentation skills, the ability to document complex technologies and topologies, experience in project management, familiarity with regulatory standards, and relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent would be highly desirable.
