Manager Client Technology (Network Operations)

As a Network Operations Manager at Altera Digital Health, you will be a key player in overseeing and optimizing the performance of our network infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include leading a team of network engineers, collaborating with senior leadership on strategic planning, ensuring the reliability and operation of network systems, managing incident responses, maintaining vendor relationships, managing the network operations budget, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your leadership skills and experience in network engineering and operations, ideally in an outsourcing capacity, will be crucial for this role. You will be responsible for managing network design processes, implementing automation for increased efficiency, and working with various technical teams to design secure networks. Additionally, your expertise in routing protocols, network authentication protocols, and network security measures will be essential. To excel in this role, you should have strong communication and presentation skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of managing complex network issues. Your technical background in network systems, hands-on experience with Cisco routers, Palo Alto firewalls, Azure Networking, and Azure firewalls will be beneficial. Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are highly desirable.
