Job Description

  • Lead and manage end-to-end full-stack software maintenance and support project

  • Work closely with developers, UX/UI, QA, and DevOps to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Create detailed milestones, sprint plans, and resource allocations using Agile methodology.
  • Track project progress and report key metrics such as velocity, burn-down/burn-up charts, and delivery milestones.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear and frequent communication with clients.
  • Identify risks and issues proactively, and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure code quality, security, and performance standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Coordinate technical discussions and decision-making related to system architecture, APIs, databases, and deployment strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement in both engineering practices and project delivery processes
  • Liasion with client shared services teams and ensure all dependencies are addressed on time.
