Manager - Civil Design

As a Design Engineer, your role will involve a variety of responsibilities related to engineering design activities, technical support, technical audit, and Kaizen initiatives. Here are the key result areas and specific tasks you will be responsible for: **Key Result Areas:** - Engineering design activities - Technical support - Technical audit - Kaizen **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Perform Tender Stage Estimation for Railway Projects and EHV Substation projects. 2. Review Structural drawing and design of Pre-Engineered Building. 3. Prepare Structural design for Railway PSS structures. 4. Develop Foundation design for Substation Structure and Equipment Structure. 5. Create Structural design and Civil detail drawings for RCC buildings. 6. Generate design and detail drawings for various systems such as Road & Drain, Retaining Wall, Boundary Wall, Pile Foundation, Rainwater harvesting system, etc. 7. Lead the BE IMS Kaizen initiative within the organization. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in designing concrete structures including G+4 - RCC Building, Pedestal, and foundations for equipment structure. - Proficiency in Pre-Engineered Building structure design and foundation design. - Familiarity with IS Codes on Steel, Concrete, and RCC. - Hands-on experience in analysis and design of buildings using software like STAAD-Pro, as well as manual calculations and Excel for RCC elements. - Expertise in designing boundary walls, culverts, retaining walls, Isolated foundation, combined foundations, pile foundations, etc. - Ability to prepare Bill of Material. - Preferred experience in GIS & AIS Substation projects. **Preferred Skills:** - Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project. - Sound understanding of technical aspects of EHV, power distribution systems, and installation projects.,
