Description
As a Change Management Manager in our Talent & Organization (T&O) practice at Accenture, you will be involved in supporting clients from various industries in areas such as Learning Design and Development, Change Management, and HR Transformation. Your role will focus on developing innovative learning strategies, assisting in managing organizational change, and facilitating a smooth transition process for clients. By being part of our team, you will contribute to shaping the future workforce. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying stakeholders" challenges and expectations to create a Change Management strategy for supporting business transformational change programs - Implementing end-to-end change management programs for a wide range of initiatives such as S/4 HANA, Salesforce, Oracle, M&A, Operating model, and Shared Services implementations - Engaging in sales and business development activities to drive business growth and achieve set targets - Utilizing social and digital technologies for effective change management and communication strategies - Assisting clients in enhancing their change capability and fostering agility within their businesses - Developing and promoting thought leadership materials on new-age topics in collaboration with global and internal Accenture partners - Contributing to practice-building efforts including recruitment, training, and community events participation - Traveling globally to collaborate with prestigious clients and deliver large-scale transformational change projects - Working within a diverse international team environment where English is the primary language - Collaborating with industry experts and leveraging your skills to coach and mentor junior team members Your professional and technical skills should include: - MBA or Masters degree qualification - 8 to 12 years of experience in driving change management-related programs - Experience in managing end-to-end change programs and client-facing roles - Proficiency in driving behavior change, change adoption, or culture change in addition to standard change management strategies - Techno-functional experience in delivering cloud-based Systems implementations - Proven track record in sales origination and solutioning activities - Ability to articulate business value, interpret data, and work with advanced technologies and digital tools - Effective stakeholder management skills in a multicultural and global environment - Proficiency in foreign languages such as Arabic, Japanese, or French is an added advantage In addition, you are expected to be a natural leader, team player, determined, digitally savvy, and a strong communicator. You should be willing to travel and work at international client sites, with onsite travel requirements varying by project.
