Manager - Center Operations

You will be responsible for overseeing Distribution Centre operations in locations such as Sarjapur, Thubarahalli, Kattigenahalli, Hebbal, and Vijayanagar. Your role will involve managing the entire operations of the Distribution Centre from opening to closing. You will be in charge of the retention, training, and recruitment of Delivery Boys. Monitoring team performances, providing feedback for improvements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will plan and schedule deliveries to meet customer needs and develop and implement safety and security measures. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee Distribution Centre operations - Manage the entire operations from opening to closing - Handle retention, training, and new hiring of Delivery Boys - Monitor team performances and provide feedback for improvements - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Plan and schedule deliveries - Develop and implement safety and security measures Qualifications Required: - Must be based out of Bangalore and aware of all areas - Willing to work from 3am to 11:30am - Ready to work with two week offs in a month (remaining 2 week off will be encashed by the end of the financial year) - Open to working without office space, AC cabin, and workstations - Proficient in Kannada language - Previous experience in the same industry is a plus Additional Company Details: - Job Types: Full-time, Permanent - Benefits: Health insurance, Leave encashment, Provident Fund - Schedule: Morning shift - Performance bonus - Education: Bachelor's degree preferred - Experience: Total work - 3 years, Team management - 3 years preferred - Language: Kannada & English preferred,
