Resource Management: Managing materials, equipment, and other resources effectively to avoid delays and ensure efficient project execution. Communication and Reporting: Communicating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, preparing reports on project progress, and resolving any issues or conflicts that arise on-site. Schedule and Budget Adherence: Monitoring project progress and ensuring work is completed on time and within the allocated budget. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, inspection reports, and safety documentation.
