As a Manager - Career Assistance at UPES Online, your main responsibility will be to provide placement assistance to our online learners (MBA, BBA, BCA, MCA, etc.). Key role and responsibilities: - Conduct assessments and career coaching through aptitude and psychometric tests. - Assist in profile development by providing expert mentoring on resume building, social media profiling, and personal branding. - Conduct practice interview sessions and career counseling to enhance the chances of success in job interviews, career changes, and promotions. - Maintain corporate relations to enable regular job postings, giving students opportunities to apply for jobs that align with their interests, career goals, and skill sets.
