The role of AM/DM - Business Improvement at IDEMIA, based in NSEZ, Noida, focuses on optimizing the interconnected components of a manufacturing system through Lean Manufacturing tools. As part of a diverse and innovative global team, you will be responsible for establishing efficient production methods, implementing layout modifications, supporting cost-saving initiatives, and driving continuous improvement across operations. Your responsibilities will include utilizing standard industry KPIs to enhance production site utilization, developing plans for layout modifications and operating method revisions, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. You will support the implementation of key competitiveness levers, integrate lean physical and information flows on the shop floor, and drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six-Sigma methodologies. In this role, you will lead the standardization of work processes, provide process documentation and training, and promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the organization. You will engage in change management activities, lead projects for continuous improvement, and collaborate with a global community to reinforce existing standards and contribute to building new ones.
