Manager - Business Finance

Mission

To bring rigor in analyzing business metrics across all geographies, enabling data-driven

decision-making and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, define, and track daily/weekly key business metrics.

- Own and drive monthly business reviews across the company.

- Build and manage annual budgets and OKRs in collaboration with business teams.

- Partner with the leadership team for preparation of board decks, company information

memorandums (IM), and other strategic documents.

- Derive insights from data and influence stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.

- Own and maintain historic data rooms for reference and compliance.
