Job Description

As a Manager Business Development & Sales at our company, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and developing strong business relationships. Your responsibilities will include: - Sales & Business Development Skills: - Generating and converting leads effectively - Managing key accounts to ensure client satisfaction - Utilizing strong negotiation and closing techniques - Conducting market research and competitive analysis - Developing proposals and submitting tenders - Proficiency in using CRM software for efficient customer relationship management - Technical Product Knowledge: - In-depth understanding of essential oil & specialty chemicals - Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as FDA and FSSAI - Knowledge of product formulation and ingredient functionality - Adhering to labeling standards and safety assessments - Marketing & Strategic Insight: - Creating go-to-market strategies to drive product sales - Collaborating with R&D for the commercialization of new products - Representing the company at trade shows, expos, and client presentations - Benchmarking competitors and devising pricing strategies - Communication & Interpersonal Skills: - Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills - Delivering strong presentations and using persuasion effectively - Proficiency in English is preferred for effective communication - Analytical & Organizational Skills: - Making data-driven decisions to enhance sales performance - Conducting sales forecasting and budgeting effectively - Efficiently managing time and multitasking to meet objectives - Regulatory & Quality Understanding: - Awareness of GMP and ISO standards for maintaining quality - Handling documentation for QA/QC and technical dossiers Your educational background should ideally include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy or Chemistry. Understanding of organic chemistry, formulation science, and pharmacognosy will be advantageous. Candidate Requirements: - Industry Experience of at least 3-5 years in B2B sales or business development - Experience in essential oils, specialty chemicals, cosmetic ingredients, or food-grade additives will be advantageous - Full-time, on-site job based at our Head Office in Nigdi, Pune, Maharashtra - Salary offered will be as per industry norms - Willingness to travel pan-India as required Join us in this exciting opportunity by sending your resume to hr@orah.co.in.,
