Job Description

Role

: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for bringing in new students, researchers, and clients who need PhD/Research assistance services, building strong relationships, and helping the company grow.

Key Responsibilities

: - Find and connect with students, researchers, and institutions who need PhD or research support. - Explain company services (Proposal Writing, Research Papers, Thesis, Manuscripts, etc.) clearly to clients. - Build and maintain good relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. - Work towards achieving monthly and yearly sales targets. - Plan and implement strategies to increase leads and revenue. - Attend calls, meetings, and presentations with potential clients. - Coordinate with the academic/research team to provide the right solutions for client needs. - Report business growth, client feedback, and market trends to management.

Skills Required

: - Strong communication and persuasion skills. - Ability to understand academic and research-related requirements. - Goal-oriented and target-driven. - Good relationship-building and negotiation skills. - Teamwork and coordination skills.

Qualification & Experience

: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or education/research services.
