Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by generating new leads, building client relationships, and promoting the company's research assistance services. The role involves identifying new markets, developing business strategies, managing client accounts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the research and academic assistance sector.- Generate leads through networking, client meetings, and online/offline channels.- Build and maintain strong relationships with research scholars, universities, and institutions.- Promote company services such as research guidance, thesis writing, article publications, and technical support.- Develop and implement strategies for sales growth and market expansion.- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business reports for clients.- Collaborate with the technical and research teams to ensure service delivery as per client requirements.- Track market trends and competitor activities to refine business strategies.- Achieve revenue targets and maintain regular performance reports.Requirements:- Bachelor's or Master's degree (MBA preferred).- 5-10 years of experience in business development, preferably in education, research, or academic services.- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.- Ability to identify market opportunities and convert them into business growth.- Proven track record of meeting sales/revenue targets.- Excellent team coordination and leadership abilities.
