This is not a 9-to-5 desk job. It involves frequent meetings with public & private sector stakeholders, travelling, and tight turnarounds on tracking, proposals, and follow-ups. If you&aposre uncomfortable with long hours, high-pressure situations, or travel, this isn&apost the role for you.

What We Expect from You

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially with senior stakeholders, top officials, and major decision-makers
• Ability to track, pursue, and follow up on leads, proposals, and RFQs, and to write clear, professional emails and documentation.
• A strong grasp of Accounts and Finance to understand deal structures, tenders, and project economics.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India for business development.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, Kannada, and/or Malayalam is essential. Knowledge of additional Indian languages is a big plus.
• High attention to detail, professionalism in communication, and the ability to work independently.
• A sharp, organized, and energetic personality with a hunger to grow and a bias toward action.

Bonus Points

• Experience in business development, government liaison, or tendering processes.
• Understanding of infrastructure, architecture, or public works sectors.
• Previous experience working with architects, engineers, or consultants.
• Familiarity with Excel, MS Office suite, or basic analytics for tracking outreach and leads.
