Manager - Business Consulting Risk

Role Overview: As a Manager-NAT-Business Consulting Risk-CNS in the Risk Management team at EY Mumbai, your role involves driving business transformation through people, technology, and innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate technical excellence by leading implementation projects related to SAP GRC, SAP Security, and Risk & Controls. - Manage teams and individuals, overseeing SAP GRC Access & Process Control, SAP Security role design, IT controls implementation and testing, SOD risk management, and SOD Rulebook designing and review. - Utilize experience or knowledge in SAP IAG, SAP ETD, BIS, regulatory framework mapping to SAP GRC processes, policy creation, risk analysis, and governance frameworks for added advantage. - Collaborate effectively across client departments, adhere to commercial and legal requirements, and provide practical solutions to complex problems. Qualifications Required: - Hold a qualification in BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA or an MBA, preferably in Computer Science, IT, with 8 to 12 years of relevant experience. - Possess agility, curiosity, mindfulness, positive energy, adaptability, and creativity in approach. - Ability to work collaboratively and offer practical solutions to complex problems.
