Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with 5 to 7 years of relevant post-qualification experience to lead our team in delivering transformation programs using robotics, exposure to Blue Prism, and AA is must. The ideal candidate will have expertise in two or more areas such as Go to Market Strategy, Commercial Diligence, Business planning, Performance improvement of internal operations, and Global Sourcing. ### Roles and Responsibility Lead a team of process consultants and development teams to deliver transformation programs. Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements. Analyze complex problems and develop insightful solutions. Manage and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and performance. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients. ### Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) or Chartered Accountant (CA) + MBA from a reputed institute with a good academic background. Minimum 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in consulting or industry. Expertise in at least three areas including Business transformation, Business process Re-engineering, Market assessment, Post-merger integration, Strategy and Business planning, Sales and Marketing improvement / transformation, Strategic Cost Reduction, Supply Chain Management / transformation. In-depth domain knowledge in one or more sectors, preferably Consumer Products, Automotive, or Diversified industrial products. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments while following commercial and legal requirements. Practical approach to solving issues and complex problems, delivering insightful and practical solutions. Agile, curious, mindful, positive energy, adaptable, and creative approach.
