Manager-Business Collaboration

Role Overview: You will be responsible for supporting the full lifecycle of applications that cater to TATA's portfolio of Business Collaboration Services. Your main tasks will include providing support to business teams for understanding customer requirements and RFPs, designing and developing APIs, web applications, and integrations with third-party providers, driving solutions to meet business requirements, creating technical specifications, assisting the customer development team to integrate with TATA's platform, and providing L4 support on in-house developed applications. Key Responsibilities: - Support business teams in understanding customer requirements and RFPs - Design and develop APIs, web applications, and integrations with third-party providers - Drive solutions to meet business requirements - Create technical specifications such as HLD/LLD and sequence diagrams - Assist the customer development team in integrating with TATA's platform - Provide L4 support on in-house developed applications Qualifications Required: - Solid programming experience on NodeJS - Mandatory experience working with CPAAS Platforms like Twilio, Vonage, Ring Central, Restcomm, etc. - Familiarity with cloud-hosted real-time communications applications - At least 3 years of Telecom Domain experience - BE/MCA with at least 6-10 years of professional experience in software development Additional Details: The company, Tata Communications, is redefining connectivity with innovation and intelligence.
