Job Description

As a SAAS Sales Manager at Crimson AI, you will play a crucial role in establishing and driving B2B/Enterprise sales activities for our software products globally. Your responsibilities will include penetrating and prospecting named accounts for new business opportunities, conducting consultative sales processes, and nurturing client relationships through all stages of the sales cycle. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure website content is engaging and up-to-date, and work closely with Marketing colleagues to drive lead generation efforts. Additionally, tracking competitor movements in the market will be essential to stay ahead. **Key Responsibilities:** - Generate revenue and achieve growth targets by prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing enterprise client accounts worldwide. - Manage client relationships through all sales cycle phases. - Conduct one-on-one and group sales presentations/product demos using a consultative solutions sales approach. - Build and maintain C-Level relationships. - Keep prospective clients informed about industry trends and innovative solutions. - Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure website content is topical and engaging. - Collaborate with Marketing colleagues on driving cross-functional marketing efforts. - Proactively track competitor movements in the market. **Key Skills:** - SaaS sales, Enterprise sales, B2B software sales - Lead nurturing - Excellent communication & presentation skills - Email marketing - Team Management **Key Requirements and Characteristics:** - 5-8 years of hands-on experience in selling On-Demand, SaaS solutions or subscription-based products to diverse customer bases. - Graduate from a reputed institute. MBA preferred, but not mandatory. - Proven track record of acquiring clients from prospecting to closing. - Ability to adapt, overcome objections, and learn complex solutions. - Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and growth possibilities. - Ability to engage clients through email marketing. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Knowledge of using MS Office and ability to acclimatize to different technical tools.
