Manager - AV Design & Consulting

You will be joining Power Bridge as an AV Design Consultant - Manager, where you will play a crucial role in providing pre-sales support, creating effective AV solutions, and working closely with clients to cater to their audiovisual requirements. Your responsibilities will include engaging with clients to understand their AV needs, offering technical expertise during the pre-sales phase, and designing comprehensive AV solutions based on client specifications and industry best practices. You will also collaborate with clients to present and explain proposed AV designs, provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle, and stay updated on the latest AV technologies and products. Furthermore, you will collaborate with sales teams to develop proposals and presentations, conduct system testing and quality assurance checks on AV solutions to ensure they meet client requirements and industry standards, and lead a team of designers and engineers, fostering a positive team environment and supporting team members in achieving their professional goals. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Audiovisual Technology, or a related field, have proven experience in AV pre-sales support and design engineering, be proficient in using AV design software and tools, possess a strong understanding of audiovisual technologies, signal flow, and integration, and have excellent communication and presentation skills. Additionally, industry certifications such as CTS, CTS-D (AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist - Design) are mandatory, along with familiarity with control systems (Crestron, AMX) and video conferencing solutions, and project management skills for coordinating AV installations.
