Role Overview: As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the creation and periodic modification of the bank's medium to long-term strategy. Your role will involve ensuring the seamless translation of strategic objectives into actionable business plans and measurable outcomes across all business verticals. You will also play a critical role in identifying, planning, and executing strategic initiatives that drive sustainable asset growth, profitability, risk alignment, productivity across channels, etc., in alignment with the organizational vision and regulatory requirements. Your ability to develop coherent asset deployment plans, achieve target yields, and manage asset concentration effectively will be crucial in this role. Additionally, you will be accountable for ensuring that the envisioned outcomes of the identified initiatives are achieved within the desired timelines. Your role will also involve monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators to measure the success of strategic initiatives.
