Manager Architect

Role & responsibilities

1.    Architectural Leadership:
•    Lead and manage the architectural team, providing guidance and direction to ensure the successful execution of projects.•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including construction, MEP, Interior to integrate architectural solutions that meet business objectives.2.    Design Development:•    Oversee the conceptualization, design, and development of various commercial, Industrial and Mall Project, ensuring they align with the company's vision and brand identity.•    Develop innovative and aesthetically pleasing designs •    Preparing co ordinated Services and Interior RCP drawings.3.    Project Management:•    Manage the entire architectural project lifecycle, from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.•    Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and vendors to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.•    C ordination with Civil / Interior / MEP agencies.4.    Code Compliance:•    Stay abreast of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards to ensure all designs comply with legal requirements and safety standards.5.    Budget Oversight:•    Work closely with the finance department to establish and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising design integrity.6.    Quality Assurance:•    Implement and maintain quality control measures to guarantee the delivery of architectural designs that meet or exceed industry standards.

7.    Innovation and Trends:
•    Stay informed about the latest architectural trends, technologies, and materials, incorporating innovative ideas into design concepts.
