Role Overview: As a Manager, Analytics - Home at Synchrony, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with the Analytics teams in India and the US to address key business challenges using data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities: - Lead analytics project assignments from scoping to delivery, focusing on Independent Retail, Home Network, among other areas of Home Core business - Independently interpret requests, formulate approaches, and deliver error-free data & insights in a timely manner - Cultivate a culture of delivering strategic insights rather than data & reports across diverse projects - Engage and communicate effectively with business stakeholders throughout project delivery phases - Proactively initiate and execute strategic projects to drive business impact - Acquire proficiency in various data tools and techniques to enhance analytics capabilities - Collaborate on strategic ideas and Proof of Concepts (POCs) for revenue growth and business adoption - Ensure timely delivery, accuracy, and documentation in alignment with Audit Procedures - Represent the team in various forums with strategic projects and contribute to building the team's brand - Demonstrate commitment to the successful execution of projects till the last mile Qualification Required: - 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in SAS/SQL with the ability to independently build queries for data extraction & aggregation - Advanced proficiency in MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint with strong data analysis and storyboarding skills - Good understanding of financial P&L drivers and key sensitivities in the credit card industry - Strong written/oral communication and stakeholder management skills - Proven track record of independently delivering analytical solutions for business problems Desired Skills/Knowledge: - Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines - Functional knowledge of marketing, sales, and finance, with digital marketing analytics experience being a plus - Understanding of macro-economic conditions (Note: The additional company details were omitted as they were not present in the provided job description.),
