Manager, Analysis, Risk Analysis and Discovery

As a Manager, Analysis, Risk Analysis and Discovery at HSBC, your role will involve maintaining a proactive approach in identifying changes in the financial crime risk profile and understanding how Risk Analysis and Discovery processes support the wider Financial Crime function. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and provide expertise, guidance, and support on financial crime-related matters. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring timely risk information is provided to appropriate governance fora, supporting the delivery and expertise development across the Risk Analysis and Discovery program, and maintaining positive working relationships with colleagues in Financial Crime, Business, and Risk and Compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain a proactive approach in identifying changes in the financial crime risk profile - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders - Provide expertise, guidance, and support on financial crime-related matters - Ensure timely risk information is provided to appropriate governance fora - Support the delivery and expertise development across the Risk Analysis and Discovery program - Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues in Financial Crime, Business, and Risk and Compliance Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree holder (or equivalent) with proven analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience in research and critical analysis of information - Knowledge and/or background in financial crime or related macro themes - Curious and agile mind with the ability to acquire new knowledge - Self-starter with the ability to take ownership and drive projects - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Comfort with data, numeracy, and Excel competence - Knowledge/background in data visualization and analytics preferred At HSBC, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact and be valued for your expertise and contributions to the organization.
